Nations, Regions, Towns, must re-appropriate public digital assets, personal & business datas, with transparent and well care people rules. Non-profits must take the power, and subventions must stop going business startups to open-source projects, and associations, or data-cooperatives (owned from peoples inside concerned data, not the data holders).
